3. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of any datasets you upload. We process data solely to provide platform functionality such as analytics, cleaning, dashboards, and AI insights. We do not sell user data.

4. AI & Analytical Outputs

AI-generated insights, dashboards, and recommendations are provided “as-is.” They are intended to support decision-making, not replace professional judgment. Users remain responsible for how outputs are used.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Free trials automatically convert only if explicitly stated. Refund policies may vary depending on payment provider terms.

6. Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded datasets may be stored temporarily for processing. Cleaned or processed outputs may be retained for limited durations. Users are responsible for downloading and backing up important files.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or external provider outages may cause temporary disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
